Adam Jones’ Massive Payday

Adam Jones and the Baltimore Orioles have been negotiation a new contract for the outfielder, and seems like they may have finally come to terms on contract. The deal is believed to be for 6 years for $85 million. That turns out to be $14.17 million dollars annually. Prospect Watch: Dylan Bundy

Once a week, I’ll be looking into a minor league player who is attracting attention, good or bad. ¬†After last night’s performance, there is really no other way to go but to Delmarva. ¬†Dylan Bundy, the fourth overall pick in last year’s draft by the Orioles, has made the South Atlantic League hitters look like high schoolers, which is what he was facing last year. 2012 Season Outlook: Baltimore Orioles

This past season turned out like every other season for the past decade for the Baltimore Orioles. They finished in last place in the AL East, and for now things aren’t looking up. Their hitting was average but their pitching was absolutely terrible.
